Good Lightweight Harness
It is a good harness for the money. It has more lightweight materials than the high end harnesses. The straps are not soft and could chafe. For a small lightweight dog this will work well. I like that it has a front attachment for harnessing in a car seat bottom so that the dog does not get the strap wrapped around its neck when turning around.

To Large for Small Dogs
Great product. It is just to large for toy sized dogs.
