  The description was listed as used. I contacted the seller questioning if the product was Scratched or Damaged. the seller's response was "No". Upon receiving the package, I noticed that in fact it was scratched and severely damaged due the storage location. I Trusted that the seller was Honest. Fact is the seller is Not honest. I should have known that when the seller listed it as no returns.

  The shipping was atrocious. 50 pounds of fine china in a plastic bin. The packing was grossly insufficient. There was some bubble wrap, but there was a lot of single sheet brown paper bag. The items we're not as described. There were chips, some was dirty and dusty, and many pieces were broken in the shipping. I am leaving a neutral instead of a negative because he did offer a $25 refund.
