  Warning.Be careful. I purchased a jardiniere and paid the seller over$1,000.00.The seller then said he did not receive my payment.I contacted Pay Pal and they agreed with me that the money was paid . Pay Pal did return the price of the jardinier to me. I wonder why Ebay allows this seller to stay on EBAY knowing an illegal act took place.I will NEVER purchase another item from this seller.

  This was a very uncharitable feedback from the buyer. I have been with eBay since 1998 and have 880 positive feedback, zero negative until now. The sale indicated "payment only with Paypal," but it was sent to my bank directly. This led to temporary confusion, and the above feedback was left during that time period. The buyer certainly is not at fault for the issue, but to immediately assume the worst and respond so forcefully was uncalled for. I refunded the buyer's money as requested.
