Was asked by seller what size glove I wore on my hand and I said M-L. The seller then told me the 15" was too big for me and they would make me a 14" ball glove. The ad for the glove said it came 80%-90% broken in and I told Bullhide that it was important for me that it was almost broken in already. When I received the glove it was the 15" model shown in the original listing and it wasn't broken in at all. Bullhide told me I it was 14" and break-in was complementary. Totally inaccurate.

A guy name a blame me first I’m not breaking the glove in the ad says game ready 80 to 90% broken and it was not even touched. It was like a 2 x 4 board he said every once in a while to get a customer like you can never please them I spent $500 on this glove and instead of apologizing even when I said people make mistakes, your employee did not break in the glove let’s just correct it he said nope. Nope our products are great.  Like I said, you’re just one of those customers I was furious

Buyer was too small of stature for a 15" glove, he should be using a 12" glove and wants to blame us for his mistake of not reading the listing carefully...Read the product description before purchasing...These are BIG BOY gloves...
