    The item was in great condition, got what I ordered. Although the communication was poor. I asked several questions, and text messages have receipts. I was asked, “what are your questions”. They were in the messages… the problem with this is I had already ordered the item. So it was a little late for that. Overall somewhat decent experience.also the shipping price could have been better.

    The seller is great and so is the product, exactly as advertised. Shipping to Europe has been a nightmare apparently due the newly created tarrifs have overloaded customs offices - obviously overwhelmed with this new level of BS. Also expensive - we paid another 25% for customs. Funny, since the product is actually from Switzerland, just a few hundred miles from here. We had several days of bureaucratic BS to get this out of customs. That part - not recommended.
