This is an excellent seller! I purchased a motherboard from them and it unfortunately arrived damaged. I believe this to have been from shipping. The seller did package everything quite well so I'm unsure how it happened. I contacted the seller about the issue and they were extremely apologetic. They gave me a full refund and said I could keep the motherboard, sell for parts, and keep any profit I made. The damage was not the sellers fault and the response was outstanding! 10/10 would recommend.
