Lightweight and works well
I love this machine so far but some sticking points bug me but then I am a product designer.
The quality of the plastic parts especially in the brush head doesn't feel as quality as I had expected. It seems to work fine so far but feels kind of flimsy. Emptying the cartridge is not bad but you still have to stick your hand in there to grab hair and lint. I haven't had to wash the intake filter yet so I will see how it goes. I didn't mind paying a discount price for the machine since it was refurbished but I am not sure I would have ever paid full price for this product.
