Rough box/packaging, but perfect unit inside
If you have experience with rack-mount UPSes this size, then you know that their packaging is big, and easy to get damaged in transit, or even in storage once you've taken the unit out of the box. So, I wasn't surprised to see the box was a little worse off for the wear in transit. But, the unit inside works like a charm, shipped with the battery separately, and powered up with no issues. It even included the 2 international style input power cables, a handful of PDU (C13 to C14 style) cables and the rails to mount. These are items which I wasn't expecting, based on the description of the listing.
Overall I'm quite satisfied with this purchase!
