Poor quality
Poor filters, cant see how they are genuine. It has caused our fridge to longer allow water threw it. Soon as we installed it stooped working and we think has damaged the pump.

Poor quality components. Bullydog stickers supplied are good quality though.
Using micro USB plugs to connect components underneath the dash are too weak. I have to bend the lead in the end of the plug to get it to work. Worst thing is then when you want tech help or parts support there is no response from Bullydog. Email, phone calls nothing.
