An excellent representation of 32 bit goodness
An excellent representation of the mid 90’s, back when systems were designed with vastly different technology unlike today where it feels like everything just runs on unity or unreal.
The Saturn is an amazing machine full of awesome hidden gems like Blazing Dragons or Policenauts. It also has some pretty awesome non-hidden gems too like Metal Slug and Shining Force. If you have the extra peripherals for it, it also has some awesome lightgun games too like House of the Dead and Virtua Cop. It may not have as many great games as the original PlayStation but for the slightly more adventurous gamer, it is absolutely worth every penny.
For those of you willing to do a little work, just drop in a fenrir and SD card and you are all set for many more years of Saturn goodness. The fenrir is so easy to use and an excellent way to play your games with less loading time and disc switching. It is by far one of my top 3 favorite system mods.
