Pecos are Finger Flickin' Good

My layout is built for operation; lots of car switching. I don't want my operators to have to wonder which switch controls which turnout. I don't want them to have to wait for a Tortoise to do its thing. With Pecos no switch machine is required; just the flick of a finger moves the points and they stay where you moved them. DCC friendly too.
