My old one wouldn't charge (changed the battery, etc and still nothing even with USB-C)... this one was a gamble, but it took my hard drive and booted
My old one wouldn't charge (changed the battery, etc and still nothing even with USB-C)... this one was a gamble, but it took my hard drive and booted like my old one did and it's charging and I'm so relieved! Thanks for saving me lots of work!!!!

Great when it doesn't Jam, but it jams a LOT!
0 of 1 found this helpful Well, lasers are supposed to be affordable overall, but given the reprinting I have to do with this because of the frequent jams, my cost per page has skyrocketed. Not to mention that it's friggin' frustrating. When it prints and doesn't jam it's great, but that's less-than 50% of the time, sadly. And, like most other HP products I have used (my most hated being my 8500 all-in-one ink jet printer/fax/copier) it works when it wants to work. By this I mean: Initializing, warming-up, aligning, etc... HP products are like Union Employees: They work when THEY feel like it, not when YOU need a job done!
