The seller canceled the order claiming something was wrong with my address. Then the seller relisted the item at a higher price. When asked, they claimed it was a system restriction. Why the sudden price change? Unfortunately for me I threw out my old freezer after making this purchase. According to eBay, what they did is frowned upon. Honesty would have been a better approach, Callestar. Restrict your shipping options before listing, then. Shame on you.

As explained to you in our email, our shipping system is pre-programmed with restrictions for certain areas, and at times, we are unable to ship certain items to these locations. The reasons for these restrictions are not clear to us. As to the increase in price, I also explained to you that during the period when this issue occurred, we were facing technical challenges with our software, which led to exorbitant prices being displayed for affected items as a temporary measure to prevent sales.

First and most important I could not of asked for better customer service. The item had to be returned and I was talked through it step by step. There was no problems.
