  Cancelled the order after four without any apology. I even got the tracking no. that they have shipped it but they never did. Now need to order a new one and wait another week. Do not recommend this seller.

  I searched everywhere for the part in question as it had been weeks or months since listed, and the item had been misplaced. I did apologize for the error and refunded the buyer as soon as I realized the item was lost. I thought the listing for the item had been taken down, but it had not. Buyer was unreasonable and is not being truthful about there not being an apology for the mistake. I asked eBay to take down the only negative review I've ever had as they could see our messages.
