works as stated
Really helps lower heavy tailgate. Bolted up easily, no drilling on my 2000 Silverado 2500. 10 minute install. Can be removed and put back to stock if so desired. Does not help lift tailgate to close, only helps to lower. My 2014 Silverado has internal spring assist that helps both ways but I think it would be nearly impossible to aftermarket that style because of installation issues.

Fit and worked perfectly
Fit and worked perfectly, only drawback is price. They are over priced for a plastic magazine. Not any one individual company, they are all too high. This individual I ordered my magazine from was the cheapest site I found it on and they were delivered promptly and without damage. The 4 star rating is because of price only.

Replacement Taillight purchase
great product, quick delivery, looked and fit exactly like the factory taillight, good price, especially compared to the dealer. Definitely would buy again.
