The order details said, “This item cannot be exported.” While it’s not the seller’s fault, but eBay should clearly state why something can’t be exported. Buyers often purchase out of necessity, and without guidance on what is or isn’t allowed, we waste a lot of time. A refund doesn’t fix that — lost time can’t be refunded.

Extremely versatile tool for videographers
This thing really is awesome, it is extremely versatile and an excellent tool to have for videography. There are tons of ways you can twist this thing up to match the way you want to film. It is also great for still photography for the same reasons though I use it exclusively for video. To put the max height into perspective, it will go higher than the ceiling in most commercial buildings. Don't be fooled by that though, it can still hold the weight of a DSLR easily. Great buy.

Excellent value
I'm a photography newbie, more into video. This seems to be the best value you're going to find for a lens like this for Canon EOS cameras. Images are extraordinarily sharp and the shallow depth of field makes for stunning shots for both still and video. Autofocus works very fast with this lens in a pinch. The biggest downside for video is the lack of stabilization, but on a tripod I have enjoyed using this greatly.
