Never shipped, paid more than 20 days ago, many messages to seller, no response from seller, will never buy again from seller, in more than 3 years buying on eBay this is the 1st time having issues with any seller, 20 days after purchase, many messages no response from seller, ebay did a wonderful job helping me, and they refunded me the purchase price for this item, ebay is great to deal with, but not this seller.

simply put this is the worst seller i have ever done business with. No acknowledgment of my purchase. He then took 3 weeks to send the item and then it was the WRONG item (ordered a 0-150vac meter and got a 0-1500vdc meter). sent it back for refund and he had it almost a week and then at the last minute before Ebay themselves stepped in. buy from this seller with extreme caution.
