Not a soft case
This case fit the phone as expected. It was described as being a gel case, so I was expecting a soft silicone case similar to the one that I am replacing. This case is not soft and is difficult to remove. It cannot protect like a gel case if it is dropped. To others who do not like a soft case, this primarily plastic case would be fine.

Has all the features I need
I bought this to replace the same model which quit working after several years. I have had other models, but this has every feature I need. I was very lucky to find the same model (now discontinued) new and in a sealed box. The print quality is excellent and the double sided printing saves so much paper. It is easy to set up and operate.
