Customer service was very good, but packing leaves a little bit to be desired. Questions asked were answered timely and well. Very personable team! I bought 4 boxes of cards, and especially given the distance (AUS -> US), crumpled paper as the only packing material is not something I would deem appropriate. Box DID arrive crumpled (several inches) in one corner, but thankfully there was enough space before the actual items were compromised. Would have preferred air pouches/packing peanuts...
