Convenient, healthy & tasty
Great taste; helps control blood sugar; I add it to soup, juice, drinks &c...
Fine powder mixes quickly, thickens with or without cooking, mild flavour goes with anything, & convenient; don't have to deal with nopal prickles ......
Dry powder is always fresh, doesn't need refrigeration....

Great cheap, kilt hose.
Great cheap socks; nice & long. I wear a men’s 11 shoe & 6 feet tall; they fit me. Not as warm as wool, but nice.
