The hills have never been more alive!
As a child I can remember watching Maria come from across the hill twirling around and I was transported right into the story from start to finish. She won my heart long before she ended up winning over the kids.. Now as an adult, my daughter and I enjoy it together. Filmed in the breathtaking Salzburg Germany, The Sound of Music gives you a feeling throughout the film that you can do anything you put your mind to. It is beautifully translated to the blue ray format and the hills have never been more alive..

Childhood is calling

It has highlights from all the famous and most beloved Disney videos such as "Donald's Snow Fight" and "Bongo". I can't wait till Christmas, because I am expecting and my baby will be just old enough by then to really start sitting up and noticing tv!

Pretty Julia
1 of 1 found this helpful I decided to buy this vhs tape because I was so dissatisfied with the horrible butchery that the dvd release did to my favorite movie. It was perfection.. and they ruined it. So thank the Lord for the seller who made it available in my vhs standard. I always loved my vhs so that is what I will stick with till I find the heart to search for it on dvd again with a different release time and edit.
The movie itself, I cannot say enough about. Julia Roberts actually sparkles the whole movie. She glows with youth and vitality and spontaneity, which Richard Gere's character greatly needs.
I laugh until I cry each time I see it and that is what I love about this movie..
