Great product

This is my second purchase as my first one broke (user error). Like the size and thickness of the waffles, cooks pretty consistently. Only complaint is the handle getting very hot and needing to use a potholder to open it. I would have thought that problem would have been solved by now, as my last one was 6 years old and had the same problem..Overall, I am happy with the product.
