Sometimes you get what you pay for.
When installed properly, OEM moulding often stands up to the elements better than aftermarket.

Used Japanese Better Than New Chinese
This isn’t new, and has some cosmetic wear, but it works well. Now I have a spare on hand for my most frequently used door/window switches. There are aftermarket manufacturers of this assembly, but sometimes used OEM lasts longer than new aftermarket.

Good Japanese Rubber
OEM is often more durable on window moulding due to higher OEM quality factory rubber compounds.
