Clear information for vegetarians

I like the clear information for vegetarians. Her explanation reminded me of Adkins explanation, except more concise. Included in the book are a good number of recipes. I've made the TVP 'rice' twice and that has been a big hit with the family. So I'll make more of the recipes without too much worry as her directions were clear. One thing tho', the author is from England, so some of the wording and names for things are different. Double cream is whipping cream, I think. :) The word usage adds flavor, in my opinion. Ingredients include grams and (ounces). A good book that I am continuing to enjoy.
