Better than new!
1 of 1 found this helpful I absolutely love this thing. It improves my quality of life. My friend in Germany has one and I always enjoyed having fresh "coffee crema" or espresso at any time. The machines are so much more expensive in the US. I decided to buy a refurbished one on ebay. If I buy it new, I get a 6-month guarantee. If I buy it refurbished, the warranty is 2 years! It honestly arrived like brand new with the blue plastic film still on it. Easy to use and clean. Plenty of YouTubes online to help. Only regret, not buying one years ago.
