One of my favorite fillms

While some of the scientese is pure nonsense, this film is just darned fun. Rutger is amazing as the psycho cop who lives on caffeine and adrenaline, and Alastair Duncan is the perfect foil for Rutger's over-the-top character. ..right up until he discovers that they need BIGGER GUNS!!!

Love my microplates

I love these. I ordered them a few months ago, when my deadlift was stuck. By allowing for smaller increments the weights allowed me to progress another 15 lbs. Someone complained that they were underweight. I've weighed the microplates on both the kitchen scale at home, and the postal scale at work, and have found them to be accurate to plus/minus 10% stated weight, which seems perfectly reasonable to me, not just as a product variance, but as a scale variance.
