    The received dishwasher pump was broken even through the seller said it was in new condition. Contacted the seller and the seller asked for verification from a professional. I did already have a professional look at it so the seller refunded the cost. Unclear if the seller wanted it shipped back as I didn't get any shipping label to do so and instead it was marked cancelled by the seller.

    I sold the buyer a brand new unopened direct from the factory brand new part, he misused the return posses to get a free part and on top of that gave me bad feedback sellers beware of this terrorist buyer. probably broke it himself installing it incorrectly or was trying to return his old part I didn't care to deal with this terror so I just canceled the order and refunded his payment

    Horrible Seller!!!! Charged me $12.99 for shipping, then shipped a very expensive board USPS First Class in an envelope to save money. Board arrived damaged, Seller refused return or refund, then used abusive language in messaging...had to get Ebay involved...avoid this guy at all costs!!!!

very difficult to get the correct size, picture never like the actual bars
I have try to get the correct size 3 times they are always different than the pictures, all I want is the bars in the picture but never can get them, no one knows what the picture is. alway get bars that look totally different than the picture not even close. worse experience ever of "the item you will receive may look different than the picture"
