  After a setback on a few items being back order got ahold of the sellers upgraded a few things and service was outstanding had the parts delivered to me 3/4 days after speaking to them, talk about a fast turnaround time rather then waiting a whole month like stated online. Not to mention that's without me paying for overnight or any other fast service fees

  I ordered these shackles on June 1 and the delivery says between July 11 - July 31. This company is literally a 1.5 hour drive from my house. I have sent a msg to them with no response. And apparently I have to wait until August before I can cancel and request a refund. Horrible customer service.

  STEER CLEAR. Item was order April 20th, here we are june 23rd and still no tracking or parts. highly recomend purchasing elsewhere. Will be refunding as soon as ebay lets me. now we have to deal with an angry client that has been held up by this company or lack there of. Reached out to them and have yet to get a response.   Did not ship until a week after I ordered the item even though it was clearly stated in the item’s description that it would be shipped within 3days. Tried to contact the seller several times and no response. The item was good but due to the lack of communication and horrible shipping time I will be going elsewhere from now on.
