Good idea and might be worth a try, recipes are not American friendly, but good content in book.

Good and easy to follow diet
Written so it's easy to understand. Easy to follow diet recommendations.

Good cookbook, just not what I was looking for.
I recently bought an air fryer and was looking for recipes. Just a little disappointed not to find actual recipes for desserts and breads. Even a way to adjust to air frying oven for regular recipes would be good.
