  Images show the drone was intact and that it "might just need updating". Took a while to post and then upon receiving the drone it was badly damaged and parts missing such as the gimbal! This requires replacement parts and DJI to repair. Initially sender was responsive and apologised as it was "sold for a friend" and asked to return and not give negative feedback. This was returned and for a week had no replies to messages for a refund, I had to escalate to eBay to get my money back.
