As described, and my favourite moisturiser. It could have been packaged a little better: the piece of cardboard put around the product to protect it was completely separate within the package. However, apart from a little dent in the product box there was no damage to the product itself.

Totally useless
This product was a total waste of money: the wax did not heat evenly, the very flimsy wooden spatula snapped in two when I tried to mix the wax as instructed, it did not achieve the consistency necessary and it would not stick to my skin. It went in the bin! - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!
