Bought on thirteenth of June and arrived on July third, they are more suitable for a dolls house and not for cupboard doors they were bought for, I asked for a returns form but no response, they were advertised as a pack of twelve with £2-95 postage but I mistakenly put eleven so instead of getting in touch with me to make sure the order was right he charged me £2-95 for each knob plus £4-95 VAT and they all came in one package anyway, I cancelled the order straight away but he wouldn’t accept .
