Loss of color.

Bought the Hitachi 60vx500 about 3 years ago. Loved the quality of the picture until a year ago. Started with a small red dot on the center. With time it got larger and now everything looks redish and doll. Two diferent repairman have said it needs a new engine light. $1,200 for parts and $400 for labor. If I would have I known this about Hitachi LCD Projaction TVs, I would have never bought it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
