    This item arrived in new condition, as described. It was described as having box damage by the seller but, honestly, the damage was negligible. You could get the same type of damage to a box by any national retailer without them even letting you know. You can't beat the price I paid as most sellers were charging much more for this product. The quality of the product has been great so far under normal child play. We'll see how it holds up over time but am very happy thus far. Happy customer
