Shipped the wrong board, and it was damaged and seemingly DOA.

Multiple issues with purchase. Shipped from China, not from the US. 1. Received a Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2, not an ASUS P8H61-M LX3 2. Received board with no I/O shield at first. A week later I get an I/O shield in the mail for what I assume is the right board. 3. The board had a rusted out USB port. 4. One SATA port wasn't bent. 5. To top it all off the board doesn't even work.
