  Never received item spoke with sellers who seemed very nice but unfortunately what I received in mailbox was a clear bag with label inside no item and no return of money so I lost money on this purchase and yes I reported to usps all I was told is they will investigate. Total disappointment and out my money. Although seller tried to be helpful didn’t change outcome. I don’t want to leave a negative feedback because she seems to be honest I can’t help but feel it’s something shady on usps

  Hi, I’m so very sorry that this did not get resolved through USPS. I thought with the insurance it surely would have been resolved quickly! Please update me if you do hear anything from them! I’m trying to find another one of these and if I do, I will send it to you immediately!
