High quality
Worth the few extra bucks over a plastic hose support. This is lightweight but sturdy.

No setup required
You just plug them in the wall then plug in the Ethernet cables and it works. If you live in an apartment building you need to press the security button on each unit to block outsiders from your network. You will see a data throughput reduction of 20-50% which is to be expected. But hey it works.
