Seller was responsive : Offered to reimburse me if I wanted to seek out and replace the missing latch / lock & key. (Grateful for the customer service offer). Great Printer
So far, we have been very happy with out new printer. Set up was easy, we've used it quite a bit, with no paper jams and the colors are good.
