Easy to use, great features
I like the water tank, you're ready to brew your next cup right after your first.
I like using the reusable k-cups. I can brew my own blend.
Overall it's the best coffee maker I have used to date.
I highly recommend.

Item came with no instruction but was easy to figure out, worked as advertised, very well made. Great product!
