Great quality at a very reasonable price
1 of 1 found this helpful The quill stem is made very well, as is the quality of the chrome plating.
Installation was a breeze. Correct fit and tightened up nicely. I haven't had any shift in positioning since installation.

Great alternative for the price.
These aren't an exact match as vintage chrome schwinn 27 inch fenders ( indentation for the top brace / brake caliper clearance and front fender length ). Originals are hard to find in descent shape and the asking price for those you find are priced a little too steep for my bank roll. But , with a little work these fit well on a 20" Varsity frame.

Excellent Replacement
The wheel is very well constructed and lightweight.
It comes with a 19 tooth rear cog, and all hardware need to mount the wheel.
The price cant be beat. It would cost you about 3 times as much for the parts to build one. Plus consider the time it would take you to lace, true and dish.If you elect to it to a local bike shop to have them build it , that's about an additional $80 to $100 for their service.
I would definitely recommend this product.
