Ok not great AC adapter
This adapter is ok but would be much better if the plug that fits into the blood monitor were a 90 degree plug rather than a straight plug.
The straight shape allows for more chance of being damaged if it got dropped or hit. I would purchase a 90 degree next time.

Easy install
Delivered on time, good instructions and east to install in wall. The only two negatives would be the wall thickness of the pass through, it could be a bit thicker and on the cut out template a little less clearance the hole is about one inch larger than the pass through.
