Great value!
Made in China but this one worked great right out of the package. Didn’t come with the mounting gasket though so I made one myself. I’ve seen other carbs fail to work properly and maybe they all came from the same place but this one works great on a weed eater XT300. The carb Venturi is a bit larger than original which may explain why it produces so much power. Can’t say a bad thing about it.

Factory new ... sure beats a 22 year old original.

heavier duty compared to stock. Chain is a 4/5, stock is a 3/4 yet it fits perfectly. Something most arent aware of: Over the miles, a came chain stretches … most know that and figure thats what the tensioner is for. True, the tensioner applies tension on the chain so it doesnt rattle. But it does little to restore correct valve timing. As the chain stretches, the valve timing … the cam, becomes retarded. This will have an effect on engine performance. From my own experience with the bird, I suggest replacing the stock chain with this one after 50k miles or so.
