    Seller only sent half the order and then complained about the cost of sending the second half after I asked where it was. The second half of the order was sent wrapped in gooey sticky duct tape. Now I have lots of cleaning to do. Communicated with me, but I would definitely not buy from this seller again.

Very poor instructions and incomplete. Pre-drilled holes did not line up in three applications.
The Instructions were in very poor resolution. The part that is the pin/expand bracket mechanism is not shown as to its installation....guesswork required. Once figured out, on this particular assembly the holes were off-set enough as to not allowing the pin an easy in-and-out application. Onto the the very short, unstable ramp: the catch lip on the main rack was bent allowing for a questionable 'seating' of the ramp's hook-on. To follow, once all the mistakes were hopefully addressed, the storage vertical pins did not line up in the pre-drilled holes in the ramp. This required one of two corrections: 1) expand drill holes OR 2) bend bolts inward to catch the wingnut threads. The seller offered $15.00 with hopes this would satisfy. It was promptly declined so that this review will alert other buyers to beware....
