This does not reach 28mph at all
4 of 4 found this helpful The motor is wound in a way so it is highly efficient. This means it will last longer on a 48v battery and not draw high wattage but this also means its slower. At 48v and 30amps giving me 1500watts I can only get 21 mph out of this motor where as other motors give me 31 mph on the same battery.

Perfect for a ebike
1 of 1 found this helpful At my ebike speed I need a good light and this light does a amazing job. Only issue is the battery it comes with is subpar. I get 2 hours of light on low and I am not sure how much i get on high. Thankfully low is a enough light to light up a pitch black street at night.

The jacket really keeps you dry
I recommend gloves and booties with it if you are on a bike. I use it on my e bike in the rain and idk how I rode without it.
