Same complaint as many
When clean the vacuum performs terrific. But as reported many times, the brush head is easily clogged by hair and must be addressed with a razor blade about every 6th use.
The hopper design on paper is great, but when you open the bottom over the trash can only the heavy particulate dumps out. You are forced to use your hands to reach in and pull out the hairs, lint, and lightweight dusty materials that are wedged inside.
The complaint about the hopper being too small is a consideration for some, but I do not like to put the unit away dirty and dumping during each use meets my needs.
