1998-2005 for Mercedes W163 M ML55 320 Steering Wheel Walnut Wood Black Leather

Nice Upgrade to the Steering
I Installed this aftermarket riff on the ML55 style of steering wheel as the original had lost it's shiny skin, becoming nasty and sticky on long trips. Wasn't sure about the textured ridges at 9&3 on this one but after some miles I like the feel. Unless you have real meat hooks for hands it offers a nice relaxed, low-ready cruising position. When you're navigating around town the swollen palm rests fill your grip in a pleasing way. Longevity? Dunno, we'll see, but it smells right and the glue and stitching all look good. For me the $300 it cost is well worth it to enhance the biggest touch point of everyday driving.

Much better cooling than stock - looks great
It's a nicely made piece that brightens up your engine bay. The increased capacity over stock fixed all my overheating issues. Pretty straight forward to fit but be aware that very early '99s (like mine) have AC lines that interfere with the lower rad mount on the passenger side and need to be bent down by ~0.5 -1 inch before the unit will fit (yes I transferred the rubber grommets and everything!)
