refurbished iPods=ripoff

This sucks, the iPod broke after about two weeks. My little brother tells me that kids are buying broken ipods in bulk, "fixing" them and then selling them on ebay. Now I'll have to pay to get it fixed locally. BEWARE of ipods that are under sketchy "refurbished" status (also was heavily used.) Get factory refurbished only.

Cool chapter to the D and D universe

I had this in the 80s when I was a young teenager. This is a compilation of creatures invented by British D & D players. The creatures seem a little more bizarre than the American ones. I got it again for nostalgia and the artwork. Brings back a lot of memories.

Fun game with offbeat rules. All players but one are Scotland Yard and the other one is the criminal who's piece is only on the board at intervals. They create a "dragnet" effort to catch the player. Interesting strategies.
