Good, but...
Weird, but, even though these tapes appeared to be brand-new, and were sealed individually and in a sealed box, I had two of the ten break on their first use. I've never seen anything like it before. I've cycled hundreds of tapes through my drives and never had one break before. So, although the fault probably lies with a drive, I have to demote by one star.

Good but not 300W
It's only drawing 125 watts, but still good bang for the buck. I have another, similar light and it also only uses 125 watts, so I didn't expect more. It seems to be doing a good job on my tomato plants.
