Kept me in the loop, explained every step, very knowledgeable. Exceptionally overpacked, arrived perfect. As close to brand spanking new as you are going to get, a masterful job. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

Additional new parts were included at no charge.Im sending the customer a new part to replace the broken one, and refunded $135 of the $290 charge. Is this not taking care of the customer? I did not damage this. Its difficult to put in a shipping claim.From this point on I am not offering basic GM tilt column service, Ill stick with the Corvette community where I am extremely established.
