Part failed with in a day

CORY'S CAR CARE installed this A/C Climate Control Heater Programmer and within a day, the part failed. I need to know what the process is of returning it and getting another one. Please advise Cory's Car Care

Pain to install

The donut gasket for one side wasn't the right size and the bends weren't spot on. Took substantially longer to install than it should have. But hey, it was cheap.
